This Privacy Policy explains how Rate Now Quote, a DBA of Quoting Fast, LLC ("Rate Now Quote", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use get.ratenowquote.com and our related services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: such as your name, email address, ZIP code, mobile phone number (optional), vehicle details, insurance status, and the consent choices you select. Automatically collected information: such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. When you submit a form, we record the consent choices you made, the exact consent wording shown to you, the time, your IP address and your browser user agent, to document your choices.

2. How we use information

To respond to your quote request; to provide auto insurance price and coverage information; to contact you by the methods you agreed to; to operate, secure and improve our site; to keep records of your consent; and to comply with law.

3. Text messages

Marketing text messages are sent only by Rate Now Quote, and only after you separately opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box. Submitting a quote request does not, by itself, give consent to receive text messages.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate our website, store data, and deliver our communications, who may use it only to perform services for us; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell your mobile number or SMS consent.

Important: any phone or email contact about your quote request happens only as described in the consent you select on our quote form. Partners will not contact you by text message. Text messages are sent only by Rate Now Quote, and only if you separately opt in.

5. Communications & consent

If you check the optional phone & email box on our quote form, you agree that Rate Now Quote may contact you by phone call and email about your quote request. That box is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Text messages are covered only by the separate, optional SMS consent box; you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. SMS & mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers used solely to deliver the Rate Now Quote SMS program. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will never be sold or rented.

7. Text Message (SMS) Program

Rate Now Quote, a DBA of Quoting Fast, LLC, sends recurring automated marketing text messages about auto insurance quotes and rates only to consumers who check a separate, optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our Text Message (SMS) Program page or quote form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. 8. Cookies
